Change to the 200911 version includes 1] The Black Rock Coulee Flood Storage option was taken out, so the line that use to represent the thalwag of the potential flood storage area is now attributed the same as the flow path leading down to the potential flood storage area, essential just making that a longer flow path. This portion was also extended to intersect with the East Low Canal. It originally came up short, due to plans to build a wasteway out of the Flood Storage Dike, which is now not in the plans. They will probably come up with some structure to go under or over East Low Canal, but the answer isn't available yet. 2] The East High Canal is shaped slight different right before in enters the Black Rock Coulee Re-Regulating Reservoir.
